Suitable for just two persons, everything needed for a relaxing break is provided. There is also a large shared garden, drying room (for boots etc), ample parking and the nearest shop (and pub) is just 0.25 mile away. The nearest town Keswick is approximately 4 miles (10 mins by car).

The accommodation comprises private entrance reached via external stairway, lounge/dining room with modern fully fitted kitchen area, double bedroom and bathroom with bath, shower & WC. Very comfortable accommodation for two persons.

Leatheswater is normally let by the week from Saturday to the following Saturday and is available from 4pm onwards on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10am on the day of departure.. Outside of the main holiday seasons short weekend or midweek breaks may also be available.
